Every once in a while you will have a day that makes you question everything about your life.
(Why am I still doing this?)
Those moments are usually there to force us to reassess our strategy; to evaluate our competence and make sure we are on the right road.
(Am I capable of being awesome?)
On those days, as much as you may want to just throw in the towel, life has given you a moment in which to practice some humility. Take it and question whether you are doing the right thing with your resources (your time, your effort, your thoughts).
Is your momentary discomfort perhaps outweighed by the possibility of doing good for someone else? Perhaps, it is not the destination but the journey that you are meant to be a part of? And, what is at stake is your own personal growth?
(Can I make a difference in someone else’s life?) (Will I be changed for the better on this path?)
If you say yes to any of these question then keep going. Not all, or some of the questions; you just need to answer ‘yes’ to one. Because the only question you are really asking over and over again is: Am I worth the struggle to get from here to there?
Good reminder from Kid President on staying true to yourself and being good to one another, always. And in all ways.
